After many years of working with dogs and hunters, we have found that consistent repetition is the best way to train your dog. We can give you the hands on experience to refine your dogs natural abilities. We can help you with your flusher, pointer, setter and retriever. There are open fields for retrieving and pointing training, and good cover for flusher training. With the use of these various habitats, we can create as many different hunting scenarios as your dog may need.
In order to have a well trained hunting dog your dog needs continued maintenance,
training and lots of birds. Part of having a well trained hunting
dog is having an experienced owner who knows how to work their dog.
At Olex Preserve we give you the opportunity to fine tune and maintain
your hunting companion. We can work on training and handling or just
be there to assist you.
For many years we have worked with various individuals, dog clubs and
associations.
We make it convenient for you to set up a dog fun/practice day for you
or your group. Olex Preserve is well organized with birds and equipment
already on site and plenty of space to make it an enjoyable experience
for everyone involved.
Olex Preserve can assist with Basic and Advanced Obedience for hunting dogs. We can help with other hunting training such as Come, Sit-Stay, Whoa, Quartering, Here, Tracking and Retrieving. We also offer assistance in helping you prepare your dog for NAVHDA Testing (Natural Ability, UPT or Utility).

| Overnight
Package:
$335.00 This package includes a three hour training session in the afternoon, overnight accommodations in one of our campers, trailer or bunkroom, with dinner and breakfast. An additional 3 hour training session will be held the following morning. Birds are not included. |
Three Hour
Lesson:
$150.00 This package includes a three hour training session and the use of our dog training equipment. Birds are not included.
